About Giddy

Giddy is a beautiful deaf pitty, approximately a year old, with a heart of gold who gives the sweetest snuggles! She is super smart and very trainable! She has lot of energy and would love to have a forever home that has a fenced in yard for lots of running and room to play. She is great on a leash and loves walks and hikes. As a young lady, Giddy is very trainable & moldable - she just needs the right person for guidance. Being deaf will mean just a little extra work outside of the norm of voice commands - she does well with signing & hand signals. She's already picked up on a few and we're very proud of her! She is getting better with potty training and knows the hand signals for potty as well as no, down, sit, good, kennel and easy/gentle. Giddy is inquisitive, curious, and fearless really! She loves to explore and investigate. She will FLOURISH with lots of activity & exercise. She LOVES to play. Sometimes she can get a little rough so I wouldn't recommend extra tiny kiddos but she is good with kids! She likes other dogs but is very high energy and plays rough so she needs guidance and if there is another dog in the home one that can keep up and handle high energy play. She is good with cats as well. She just wants to snuggle and love them but if she is too much for them and they get angry she walks away like the goodest girl. She absolutely loves people, and melts into affection. She gets the wiggles and puts on her best seal-puppy face when she sees you! Giddy has a love & hate relationship with shadows. She enjoys pouncing them, and investigating but can also sometimes be scared of them! She will jump in front of you to save you from a big scary shadow monster for the protects. She loves tug of war toys and treats she can chew on. Giddy deserves the world. Let's give it to her!
