About Bailey

Hi, my name is Bailey and I'm 5 years old. I'm an affectionate, low energy gal looking for a place to grow old. Here at the shelter, I have been out to several playgroups and have been a bit shy at first, but warmed up quickly to enjoy my canine friends young and old alike. I am a sweet gal who has a few commands under her collar like Sit, Stay, Shake, and Lie Down. I'm very treat-motivated and look forward to always learning new things. My previous owner said that I am house trained, playful and affectionate. I have lived with dogs and cats and have done well. I love fetching a ball and I am crazy for water. I do not do well with younger children and I have some anxiety with men and when riding in a car. I would do best as a stay-at-home doggie as I prefer not to travel or be away from home. When at home and with my family, I am calm, not destructive in the home, and am super affectionate. The adoption fee is $160, plus $25 for an annual dog license, if you live in Jackson County.
