About Hans (Hansel)

HANS (means Gods Gracious Gift) is a very special boy to me, he is so friendly, so laid back with a super loving personality. Hans prefers to be very close to his owner and loves to cuddle and wants belly rubs. Hans will sleep with you on the bed or be a couch potato, his favorite spot is by the fireplace. He is a house dog, NOT a dog to tie up in the back yard and forget that he even EXISTS.... like some LAWN ORNAMENT! Hans is very responsive to women for he lives with me and adores me, not so much men. He is shy and very submissive, I almost believe it was a man who abused or mistreated him and his brother. I really don't know of his past much accept he came in the Shelter as being found abandoned with his brother starving to death with no food or water. He does not like Thunder or Lightening, he will hide. He loves to play with his Frisbee, jump in his swimming pool. Hans gets along with other dogs, shows no aggression. He loves running in a fenced in yard, in which I am going to require in his next owner. He does not dig, or try to escape. Hans sits, shakes hands, and walks great on a leash so if you like to run Hans will be your running partner.. He is still young so he is active and springy. Loves truck rides. He is VERY BEAUTIFUL with his white and tan coat with silver mixed in. Precious set of eyes to watch over you at night and make sure you are safe, he will bark at the unusual circumstances that are not normal in his home. He will let you know something is up!! And you better come check it out! He has no health issues, HW-NEG. Up to date on all vaccinations. I SAVE dogs from being euthanized, such a reward for me to find them forever loving homes.. I am not looking for someone to come get him and then take him to a Shelter again. That's not why I do what I do!!!
