I rescued Lola from an individual a little over two months ago. Her human was unable to continue caring for her due to a work schedule, but said she had had Lola from birth, nearly 6 years ago. I don't believe she was physically abused in any way, but more ignored, and starving for attention. Lola is the most loving dog I've ever seen. She wants to cuddle day and night, whether it's on the couch watching TV or in bed sleeping. She currently comes to work with me every day, and as soon as she hears the front door open, she toddles out to say hello to whomever just came in. She is definitely a love bug. She does have anxiety and definite agressiveness when it comes to other animals, so she needs to be the only pet in the household. She hasn't had any interaction with children while with me, so I don't know how she would be around them.
