Maybe you are a laid-back kind of family who likes to relax and take it easy and you are looking for a laid-back kind of pet that could fit into your chill lifestyle. Meet the beautiful and gorgeous Miss Lucy! Lucy is past all of the puppy stages and past the angsty teenage years and she is living her best life carefree and casual. Her favorite place is snuggled up on the couch with her favorite humans cuddled up right next to her. She is the definition of a sweet and loving lovebug. She doesn't get ruffled at too much of anything and doesn't mind being around other dogs but she prefers lower-energy dogs such as herself. And the same idea applies to children. She would love to share her zen space with quieter, calmer children over 12 years old. Lucy enjoys when her people are home a lot with her but if you must leave, she will go into her kennel with no problem. If taking her with you is an option, she does great on car rides and walks well on a leash. She is housetrained. Now and again this sweet little lady will want to keep you on your toes. She does enjoy perusing the food goods so keeping things off the counters and out of her reach would be important. And at her previous home, Lucy was reported to have jumped a fence but her current foster mom says no escape artistry has occurred at their home or from their yard. Lucy could quite possibly be just the right pet for your calm, cool and collected family. Her laid-back personality is the perfect complement to an easy-going family wanting to add an older gentle giant to the mix-one who is perfectly content to love and be loved.
