Kelly is a sweetheart even though she's had a rough life. She has a thick scar under her neck from where she had been hanging on a tether and it had cut through the muscle. When we found her, she was emaciated and dehydrated. She had been hanging for quite awhile. Even after that, she still loves kids and adults! Such a survivor.
