About Gabby

Adoption Fee: $350.00
Border Collie / Siberian Husky
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

#Affectionate, #Playful & absolutely #Stunning, Ladies & Gentlemen meet our beautiful baby girl #Gabby. She's a 2 year old #BorderCollie / #Husky mix who weighs in around 45lbs. Gabby is just a girl who is simply waiting for her partner in crime to enjoy fun adventures with. Could you be her person? Gabby enjoys the finer things in life, but what she craves most is human companionship. Her hobbies include, but are not limited to playing with her favorite squeaky toys, wrestling with her foster siblings in the backyard, cuddling up with her foster dad with a good movie, playing catch, going for walkies, playing with enrichment toys, anything that deals with food, anything outdoors or that includes being active, and giving puppy kisses. Gabby can be a bit of a Houdini when it comes to being in the crate, but for the most part stays out of trouble. She's 100% potty trained, knows all of her basic commands and does phenomenal on a leash. Gabby would thrive best in a home that is somewhat active or that has another submissive dog or kids. Gabby is great with other submissive dogs and kids of all ages. Unfortunately Gabby is NOT good with cats. Gabby could clear a 3.5- 4 ft fence. So she will need someone outside with her when going potty or a privacy fence. We will adopt out Gabby to a home without a fenced in yard if that individual is consistently active or an avid runner. ***Adoption Requirements: No Exceptions*** - No Cats Gabby is currently up for adoption through Help Us, Help Them Dog Rescue. Her adoption fee is $350 & will include her distemper, rabies, bordetella, parvo, & lepto vaccines; deworming; microchip; heartworm test; fecal test & being fixed. Gabby is currently on both flea & tick, as well as heartworm prevention. Gabby is currently being fostered within the metro Detroit area. Gabby was diagnosed heartworm positive. After running further test, we thankfully found out that she had no microflora. That being said, her treatment will be done as a slow kill which only includes taking her interceptor plus heartworm prevention once a month for 12 months. We kindly ask that you please wait until then to ask any questions. Our mission is to play an active role throughout our community by 'Lending A Helping Hand' to animals that were either abandoned, in shelters, unwanted, homeless, chained outdoors, or victims of prior abuse and/or neglect. Our rescue family has accomplished this by setting up each animal and their new families up for success by educating and consulting pet parents about what's in the best interest of their pets overall well-being, and creating an awareness in our community about the vital importance of fully vetting and spaying or neutering their pets. #HelpUsHelpThem #HelpUsHelpThemDogRescue
