This is princess Rosie. She was rescued back in 2019 from a rescue who was assisting rehoming her. I was told she was about 6 months at the time. She's been a joy and loves all the attention and cuddles you can give her. Sometimes she can be a little loud barking at squirrels and cats roaming but nothing more. Fast forward to two years later my brother adopts a 3 month old hound mix named Bruno. She absolutely adored him and they've been great together. But now that Bruno is just shy of 2 years old and within the last 6 months, Rosie has showed signs of serious aggression towards Bruno. Literally the body language is dominate and basically being a bully and attacking him on several occasions now. I've noticed it's been with the toys and bones they share. It's becoming hectic and I'm afraid she's going to kill him. It's very unpredictable and I never know when she's going to do this. They sleep together and hang out together pretty well (I work from home so they're never alone). When I do leave, I keep them separated. I think she just needs a home by herself where she can get all the attention she needs being the only dog. I also have two kids that she's fine with, but I'm afraid they might get hurt during one of her unpredictable days. She really is a sweet girl. Potty trained and will hang out in the house while you leave. She doesn't like the crate though when she was rescued I was told she was, but that's neither here nor there. She loves walks and car rides (be careful she knows the words ;) She does okay on the leash but could use more training. She knows a few commands like sit and lay down. I will also say that she is an indoor dog! If you have a yard she will go potty, but expects to come back inside. She will play with balls and other toys outside, but she definitely likes to be inside snuggled up near you. I really want to find a home with someone who will love her just as much as I do and be able to give her all the attention she wants. Please help if you can this is becoming way too much for my anxiety to handle and I unfortunately cannot afford a trainer at this time.
