HW neg as of last year. No current HW exam and Coco is not on preventative. Coco has been on Apoquel frequently for skin issues, but allergy is unknown. Has leaky bladder. Cataracts noted in 2021. Owner reports: Coco's owner reports that she can not longer care for Coco due to her (owner's) advanced age (Coco trips owner and makes her fall). Coco will walk into things. Owner reports Coco is hard of hearing. Coco is said to be an indoor dog with the run of the house. She is reported to be house broken and leash trained. Vet's office reports dog has a leaky bladder. Coco is said to be outgoing and good with adults and children of all ages, other dogs and cats. Owner reports Coco is food possessive but has never bitten or snapped at anyone or other animals.
