About Missy

Missy is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet. Though she presents as a little older than she is, she still has so much love and affection to give. She does have some incontinence issues, but with regular breaks and lots of patience she would be the perfect low energy companion. She likes walks, but can't go for too long due to her hip dysplasia. She's good with other dogs s long as they don't bother her too much, though she will get a little playful here and there. She loves to be loved on! Reason for needing to rehome: One of our other dogs has become aggressive toward her. We figured it would be easier to rehome Missy rather than trying to find a home for the other. I hate to see her go, but I want what is best for her. Reason for possible euthanization: Again, Missy has hip dysplasia and arthritis. It's become more difficult for her to walk. We can't afford her care. We've looked into a surrender, but many shelters won't take pit bulls or don't have the room. We are running out of options.
