About Frappe

Adoption Fee: $450
Doberman Pinscher / Lab
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet FRAPPE: An 13 week old male Lab Rottie mix puppy. 16lbs Frappe is the definition of a puppy. He is playful and goofy, but also so sweet and snuggly. He loves playing with his two foster sisters and has loved every dog he's met! Frappe is a great little puppy. He certainly prefers to be with his human but quiets down quickly when in his crate. He has been doing well with potty training in his crate, the only accidents he's had were when he was having some loose stool and he just couldn't hold it. He's done well with having a crate pad and some toys in there and have not torn them up. Because Frappe is still very young, he hasn't been introduced to a lot of dogs, but he's done great with my two and a close friend's golden puppy. He loves to climb all over them and rough house, so will need to be with a dog who tolerates that kind of play. When Frappe isn't trying to steal the show with his foster sisters, he's content to snuggle on the couch or in his dog bed to relax. Frappe has been doing well with leash walks, because he's not fully vaccinated it is mostly done in the backyard but has also done great at Home Depot and a couple of restaurants! When I've taken him out he's the perfect puppy. He relaxes on his blanket and is content to chew on a toy (kongs and stuffies are his favorite!) He lets people love and snuggle on him and eats up all of the attention! Frappe dislikes the crate but is learning to accept it with positive reinforcement! Frappe does not like when other dogs get near his food bowl (he is fine with treats, water and toys). We started working on some training and he's been doing well and making sure we are addressing any potential future issues. Frappe loves to play with his foster sisters, so another playful dog for him to romp around with would be ideal for him! !Frappe does require another young playful pet in the household and secure fenced yard.
