About Ernie-Sweet Survivor!

Hi, I'm Ernie! My brother Bert and I were found right after Hurricane Ian barreled through Ft Myers. It was so scary, but we somehow made it through together. We were pretty banged up with scratches and infections, but Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue got us all fixed up! My brother Bert found am amazing forever home and I'm wondering when my new family will come for me. I know they are out there somewhere! I am an incredibly sweet and gentle bulldog who just want to be loved and love to hug the humans. I am estimated at a year old and am around 60 lbs. I am a favorite at the rescue. I did test positive for heartworm, but my treatment is underway and easy to continue...and my rescue will pay for my treatment until I test negative.
