About Zeke

Let me start by saying that Zeke is an absolutely amazing dog, and it breaks my heart to rehome him. Two years ago I found him abandoned on a highway in Idaho, emaciated and dehydrated. He has been by my side everyday since then. He is loyal, highly intelligent, eager to please, quick to learn, and very affectionate! He absolutely loves to cuddle, and will want to be by your side every moment you allow. He LOVES to go on adventures, with the beach being his absolute favorite. He enjoys hiking, camping, car rides, long walks to nowhere, and being with the people he loves. He is fully house trained, neutered, has good off leash recall, and does not chew or destroy things that he is not given. In the two years I've had him, I've only heard him bark a handful of times. Being a border collie mix, he has VERY high energy, and a herding instinct that is very prominent. I went from living on four and a half acres of land, to living in a small apartment with no yard to run in. He is not adjusting well, and while he has not been destructive, he is constantly pacing and anxious. My goal is to find him an amazing home on a farm, with people who are knowledgeable about the breed and how to work with them. I will want to meet you/your family, and to see what type of hpme and life you would be providing him. Zeke will come with a gallon zip lock bag of the food he is currently eating, his food bowl, and about 20 toys and the basket they go in.
