Harvey is a 10+ yo male mixed breed (approx 16-18lbs) He has recently been neutered, and received a dental. He does have a heart murmur, is deaf and has some pretty good arthritis in his back hips. He is loves his person and would not do well in a home where he is left a lot or for long periods of time. He still thinks he is a puppy but his aging body definitely tells you he is an older guy.
