About Brownie

Brownie is a 13 year old 17-pound Chi mix looking for his happily ever after! Brownie suffered from mange over the summer, and we helped the family get him better, but due to the declining health of his owners, he needed to come into rescue. His hair has grown back, his itching has subsided, his infections treated, and now this guy is ready to roll! Brownie is the sweetest guy, but a little hand shy until he gets to know you. His previous owners told us he was mistreated before they saved him, which is why he flinches at the hands of strangers. Brownie is leash trained, crate trained, house trained, and gets along with other dogs. Now, all he needs is his forever family!
