This unfortunate boy is one of 5 dogs that TRACS took in recently from a really bad situation. They were all living in a car/truck and living in sub freezing temperatures. This poor boy was actually living in a carrier in the bed of the truck and seldom let out. He has been with us for some time while awaiting the outcome of the court appearance and the animal cruelty case. He is now ours to adopt out and he really wants a great new home with a back yard and a dog bed. He is about 1.5 to 2 years old and is good with people of all kind, but he is not very welcoming of other dogs at this point. He was just not in the mood to live in a back seat with 5 other dogs. Can't blame him. He is an Australian shepherd mix and about 40 pounds. He will be neutered on 2/9 (available on 2/11) and chipped and fully vaccinated and would love to go home soon. He will be a very loyal boy once he bonds to his new person. Adoption fee is $200 to cover his medical work. Please fill out an an adoption application on the TRACS website for an adoption specialist to review.
