Help us find Ginger her forever home! Ginger is the sweetest, most loving 4-year-old, mixed breed pup. In October, Ginger's mom lost her job, which led to her losing her housing. Ginger's mom was heartbroken that she had to find a new home for Ginger, and Ginger was devastated to lose the only family she'd ever known. Ginger was in need of immediate rescue or she was going to be sent to the pound, where she was at risk of euthanasia due to her age and size. Thankfully, we were able to rescue Ginger and get her in a wonderful, loving foster home while we seek out her forever family. Ginger is the best pup! She loves to bask in the sun, play in the hose outside, lounge around the house, or play with toys- especially squeaky ones! She is house broken and crate trained, although she does love to sleep near her humans. She is great with other dogs and small kids, but she has not been exposed to any cats. Ginger weighs about 70 pounds, is spayed, and is UTD on all of her vaccines. Ginger does have Addison's disease, so she takes 3 pills each morning that control the condition. She's more than happy to take the pills in a piece of cheese! Ginger would make a great addition to any family- she can't wait to meet you!
