About Tuft

Adoption Fee: $175
Boxer / Lab
Age: Young Puppy
Sex: Male

Thinks girls are gross. In a Jurassic Park phase. Will not share his Gushers so don't even ask. ___________________________ Intake Date: 22 Jan 2023 ----- Age at Intake: 10-12 weeks guess ----- Breed: boxer mix ----- Size: 15 lbs ----- Status: Pound expiration, found astray ----- Compatible with: Dogs, cats, children. ----- Suitable for: home with a securely fenced yard. ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: Emaciated, weak bones but will recover ----- Additional Notes: Little Tuft is one tuff dude! He came to rescue from the pound and is extremely underweight. Malnourishment has effected his bone strength but with a steady food source and good nutrition, that is recovering quickly. We have seen many of these cases and all have recovered with adequate nutrition. This little dude wants to please but is so hungry that when there is food around, he can't focus :) He is going to be a wonderful best friend to someone for the next 15 years. Remember, puppies are COMMITMENTS. Do not adopt lightly. Make sure you are willing to do what it takes to give him a forever home. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is mandatory.
