He is tiny, but like the song, he is sure to leave a mighty impression on you! Fernando truly embodies his breed, as he is loyal and affectionate with his humans and not afraid to stand up to the big dogs. While he loves playing with the other pup in his foster home, he'll tell her off if she starts playing too rough! He also lives strictly by the Chihuahua standard, so it's probably best that you know his rules: If I like it, it's mine... If I saw it first, it's mine... If it used to be yours, get over it... and if it's broken, it's yours! This funny guy is four pounds of pure cuteness and he would fit in great at any small abode.
