About Rascal

Meet Rascal! He is a sweet 6yr old boy who has not had the best luck finding his perfect family in the past. He is such a good boy that loves to window watch, give nose kisses, eat treats, and cuddle but all of it needs to be on his own time. He lived in multiple stressful households during his time before being my foster. As a result, he does not like to play, be pet rough, or have his belly touched -- which is not abnormal for cats! If you do try to play or pick at him, he can come back with a bite but due to being declawed - I believe this was the only way he got a response for them to stop in the past! He truly is a big love bug. He just needs a forever person that will listen to his needs and let him be himself. Due to being easily stressed and being a male cat, Rascal does require a special urinary diet and recommend feliway plug ins during stressful/environmental/situational changes. He loves his treats as well!! I believe Rascal would do best as an only cat but that he could adjust to another cat if they were non alpha or cat friendly as well. He has been housed with two small dogs, but does take a while to feel comfortable! He is declawed, 14lbs, UTD on vaccines, neutered, recent bloodwork and radiographs.
