About Roo

Roo is a busy girl. She loves playing and wrestling with her siblings. She loves water and squeaky toys. **We are a rescue in Mississippi that travels up the East coast once a month to meet adopters with their pre-adopted dogs and cats at a predetermined time and location. Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
