About PONGO.

Hey Pongo, check the mirror. You've got a little crazy on your face. And why not, Pongo is crazy happy. He is happy to be alive. We didn't meet Pongo until a few weeks after he was found as a stray. When he came into the shelter he had some significant wounds and had to spend a few weeks healing up in medical. So not only is Pongo happy to be alive and well, he's thrilled that he gets to meet all the volunteers and go for walks in the yard now. It certainly doesn't appear that Pongo had an easy life prior to the shelter, so although shelter life is a shock for many dogs, Pongo thinks it's a four star hotel compared to his prior existence. But we all know even if it's better than where he came from, it's far from the life Pongo deserves. We can't wait to see this healthy, healed boy thrive in a new loving home.
