About Shelby

Shelby is super sweet 90% of the time. Shelby has an issue with resource guarding and the vet believes it's from high anxiety and stress. She is fine around people strangers and family until she is resource guarding. It can be anything from trash to a toy to a random item and she will growl and snap if you go for what she is guarding. She would be great for a trainer to work with or an older couple with no younger kids. She is fine with out son unless guarding something so we keep them separate most of the time. She has bit my husband twice but never out of the blue. Both times my husband went to grab the item she was being protective of. With the right person, she would be amazing! We just do not have the time to be patient with a toddler. It is running our household. Please help find our girl a great home!
