About Max

Max is a 7 month old American staffy mix. He was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter in rural Texas. He was sent to a vet directly from the shelter where he had his first round of vaccines and immediately broke with parvo within 24 hrs after getting vaccines. Max spent 3 weeks in isolation until he was no longer infected and was clear from parvo. He is now healthy enough to leave the vets office and begin his new life in a new forever home. He is current on vaccines and flea and tick meds. He is neutered and microchipped. Max loves other dogs and his sibling. His sibling is also with him at the vets office as he also broke with parvo. Max would love to find a home to call his forever family while he is still young to be able to bond with. Max was surrendered because he is still a puppy and wasn't taught right from wrong and thst its not appropriate to chew things that aren't his. Max would make a great companion to another dog in the home or even children
