Ben is a 7 month old American staffy mix. He was an owner surrender to a high kill shelter in rural Texas. He was sent to a vet directly from the shelter where he had his first round of vaccines and immediately broke with parvo within 24 hrs after getting vaccines. Ben spent 3 weeks in isolation until he was no longer infected and was clear from parvo. He is now healthy enough to leave the vets office and begin his new life in a new forever home. He is current on vaccines and flea and tick meds. He is not neutered yet due to him getting parvo and wanted to give his little body more time to heal from his immune system being out of wack.he loves other dogs and his sibling is also with him at the vets office as he also broke with parvo.Ben has been cleared and was able to transport to Pa on New Years Eve. Ben could be a handful at first as he wants to go out immediately, but he is your typical young pup. All adoption fees include transport Ben is looking for his forever home and a family to call his forever family. Ben is great with other dogs and would prefer to have a home with another dog or children in the home
