Name: Tyrion Age: 8 or 9 years old Breed: Pitbull Mix Sex: Male Neutered Location: Shasta County, CA Vet Info: Tyrion weighs approximately 50 pounds. He is neutered but not current on vaccinations or a heartworm test. Tyrion has seen a veterinary ophthalmologist and during an in depth diagnostics it was determined that his retina was collapsing and no surgery was possible to restore his vision. Dog Info: Tyrion was adopted from a county shelter. He is an indoor dog confined to one area of the house. He is housebroken and leash trained. He is described as being outgoing, good with men, women and teenagers. His owner feels he would do better with older children as he can become nervous with little ones coming at him quickly. He has never been around small animals or cats but the shelter he was adopted from suggested he would likely have some prey drive towards them. Tyrion can be possessive with his food, toys and treats so it is recommended that he be an only dog. His owner states 'I just want the best possible outcome for Tyrion to ensure that he has a wonderful life.' Tyrion's owner feels like he would easily adapt to a new home, here is what he said 'I feel Tyrion adapts well - he always gets very comfortable with new people extremely quick.
