Penny loves to play with feathers! She is an affectionate kitty that will blossom in a home with her own people. She has striking celadon eyes and will keep you entertained for hours with her antics. She is up to date with vaccinations, is FIV/FeLV negative, spayed, microchipped and is available for a virtual meet and greet after an adoption application has been submitted. **We are a Mississippi based rescue that travels every 3 to 4 weeks up the east coast and to Ohio with our pre-adopted animals to meet with their adopters at a predetermined location.
