About Garnet

Garnet is just one of the precious gems that we saved when a woman passed away during our last extreme cold snap. We were called to help approximately a week after she left this world. She had a love for cats and so do the neighbors. Unfortunately, there were signs that they were preparing to sell the house and were not as attentive to the cats their mother had been. At one point, they even looked to see if there was a way to get them all euthanized and off the property. Luckily, we were successful! We save Garnet and seven other cats. All of them are friendly. A few of her siblings are still a little scared, and confused. They are relaxing more and more every day. Garnet is probably the most outgoing little girl you will ever meet. Our team member/trapper walked on the scene and she just trotted herself right through the snow right up to her. Just like she was saying 'OK I'm ready to go!' Garnet loves to be held! She loves to play, and she loves to play with other humans and animals alike! She is just Purrfect! Come meet her!
