Aspen is thirty-five pounds and a year old. Aspen is good with other dogs and cats! We rescued Aspen in terrible condition, and we really appreciate the care Aspen has received. Aspen is healthy, happy, and able to enjoy a full life. Aspen's foster calls her 'a perfect sweet soul.' Great with all women, she is not aggressive towards men, but she is scared of men. A woman adopter is preferred. Aspen loves walks and her crate which is cozy and left open during the day, so she has her private spot. She sleeps well through the night and loves lap time cuddles. Aspen is a charmer! A gentle quiet dog, who is a very quick to learn. Aspen still has some skin issues common to her breed mix but easily treated with meds. A perfect family dog. Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We reply only to completed applications, no calls. Excellent vet references and a virtual home visit required. Your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We prefer a fenced yard, but this is not required for all of our dogs. We transport by land or air whenever possible.
