About Chino or Big Dog

My son's friend found this dog near the airport back in May. We tried locating owners, but it was clear he had been on his own for some time. He was emaciated and dirty. He started staying at our home soon after because my son's friend has a dog that is not too friendly towards others. However, our home is not conducive for a big dog, and we are moving soon. I had no plans of keeping him even as long as we have. We had him vaccinated and neutered (because my daughter has a small female dog that is now 'of age'. He is a sweet dog who is now healthy and plays well with other dogs. He's still a puppy, so he's active. We guess he is younger than two years old according to the vet, and we were told he is possibly part plott hound. We call him Big Dog and sometimes Chino. I need to relocate him asap.
