These pups were found with their mother in the street looking for food! They are skin and bones. Owner surrendered and was not feeding them. They need help ASAP. Currently at DAS (Dallas Animal Shelter) and I have their animal IDs!! Please! They are all in danger of being euthanized any day now! Please!
