About Chico

Meet Chico! He is an excellent co-pilot on car rides. Great with other dogs and loves to play or enjoys independently chewing on a bone. Chico is very submissive and once my resident pup showed signs of 'no thank you' on play time, he backed away and found the bones again and laid down independently. He LOVES dog beds and soft areas to catch up on some well needed ZZZzz's. We redirected him when he jumped on the couch and he listened by getting down and giving his 'are you sure you don't want to let me' puppy eyes. My 6 year old and 8 year old absolutely adore him. He's so gentle and gives the softest kisses. Sleeps through the night in the dog bed and we haven't even had one single accident! We feed the dogs separately. He's a great mix of a gentle spirit and spunky when he's in the mood to play. I think he'd be a dream dog to have for anyone and would do great with a fur sibling to play with and kids of all ages.
