About Hardy

NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. Meet Hardy, a 1.5 year old, 13 lbs Tibetan Spaniel mix with a full tail. He was found as a stray with Laurel (also available for adoption), but they are not bonded. He has a sweet personality and is eager to be part of a family. He gets along with the other dogs his size and loves to romp around the yard as would be expected of a pup his age. We do not know how he is around cats or kids. Hardy LOVES long walks but needs leash training. He is just learning about the joy of toys and is most fascinated with chew toys. This sweetie pie wants to be near their humans -usually in your lap! Hardy is good in the bathtub and enjoys the one-on-one attention. When not playing he is content to lay near his foster Mom's feet while she works. At night he is content to sleep in a dog bed near his human. Typical of any young dog he would benefit from training to develop good house manners and basic obedience. He loves to be outside and will sneak out an open door if given the chance. A fenced-in yard would be ideal for Hardy to help with training, keep him safe, and to let him run his puppy zoomies. Hardy is SMART, eager to please, and never misses a trick when you go by the treat container!
