About Delilah

Meet our Delilah! Delilah is approx. 5-6 yrs. old, a chunky monkey at 95 pounds that must lose at least a good 15 to 20 pounds. She was one of three rescued from a hoarding situation. Delilah and Galaxy are hard to tell apart and both are just precious, loving sweet gals! You cannot help to fall in love with Delilah. She exuberates personality; it's bubbly, funny, and silly all rolled into one. She is so affectionate and lively! She and Galaxy are like peas and carrots perfect together if one was considering a pair. It's so easy to fall in love with Delilah. Sadly she did test positive for heartworms, so we are working on treating her, so she may not be quite ready to leave us, but we will accept applicants to line up a forever home. If you have already applied to adopt you may wish to consider this gem. She is housebroken, crate trained, and just an all-around fabulous dog! She would change any household to one full of happiness and laughter. She is full of sunshine, so as her adopter, you would be asking yourself who truly saved who! I couldn't imagine she or Galaxy not getting along with kids or people of all ages. She would love a home that would just appreciate her as much as she would having her own family, home, and a nice fenced-in backyard she can roam in. Delilah has plenty of energy to play ball, go on walks or just hang out. She loves to be petted and praised. She truly is a joy! Delilah has been spayed, is up-to-date on all her vaccines, test positive for heartworms and starts treatment plus microchipped.
