Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender- Round Rock, TX Meet Maverick! He is an adorable 2 year old Aussie/Corgi mix that weighs 24 lbs. He isn't neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots or on heartworm preventatives. He is an outdoor dog who is housebroken and crate trained. Maverick is a sweet boy that is good with dogs and kids but hasn't been tested with cats. He can be possessive with his food and treats. He is blind and deaf. He is a happy dog with a friendly disposition! He bit his owner when he went to pick Maverick up while his food was out. However, this was a scratch and didn't break the skin. He could have been startled since he did not hear/see him coming. If you think that you a provide a great home for Maverick, please contact the person listed below. She is NOT the owner but is trying to help the owners find a great home for him. He is being surrendered because the owners own a daycare and don't have enough time to spend with him.
