A young lady found Frida wandering as a stray in Texas. She held on to her for a couple of weeks before reaching out to one of our Texas partners to see if they could help her. Our partners got Frida in late July and she was doing great! Unfortunately they did not have a foster so she was put into boarding. Despite being vaccinated she picked up a nasty upper respiratory infection that turned into pneumonia. After lots of care, she recovered and our partner managed to bring her to their ranch. Frida is a beautiful think coated mini German Shepherd mix. She only weighs about 50 pounds and she is full grown. If you love GSDs, but do not want a 75lb+ dog, Frida might just be your perfect fit!
