We unfortunately need to re-home our cat, Reggie. He's almost six and we've had him since he was a kitten, as an indoor cat with no other pets. He's a charismatic, handsome 18 lb boy that loves to be noticed. He has a lot of personality and loves people. Expect him to greet every newcomer into your house and join your Zoom meetings. He doesn't like a ton of petting but loves to snuggle up with you on the sofa or play hunting games. He'd probably be fine with a mellow, older dog in the house, but not with other cats. We're rehoming him because he developed a UTI a couple of months ago and during that time became aggressive toward my youngest son. We're treating the issue (he'll need to stay on prescription food) but unfortunately they no longer trust each other and it looks like his aggressiveness toward my son is not going away. This honestly seems to be an individualized problem, but at the same time I wouldn't recommend him going to a home with young kids. He's had all of his shots and veterinary care, and I can provide vet records. I have a bunch of the prescription urinary food to send with him to his new home. We love him very much and want him to go somewhere that's a good fit.
