About Wesley

Wesley is a 50 pound mixed breed dog. He's a little shy at first, but super sweet! He loves playing with plush toys, taking naps, and eating string cheese. He takes a while to warm up to people but is very loyal and open once he knows he's in a safe place. He's fine with city noises and is fully crate trained and house trained. He lets you perform grooming and veterinary care without much fuss - he even lets you put him in silly hats/clothes! He is intrigued by other dogs, as long as they aren't too big or aggressive/hyper, and has done really well in doggy daycare recently. He hasn't been around children so I'm unsure how he would adapt, but he's very trainable. I love Wesley very much but I have recently had health issues that prevent me from caring for him well at this point, and would love to find a good, loving home for him.
