Please know that we will ask for a vet reference. Name: JUSTICE Age: 2.5 years old Breed: Hound mix Weight: 40# Sex: Female (spayed) Location: Wake County, NC Vet Info: Up to date on vaccinations. No HW test. Care taker reports Justice has 'some allergies and takes a medication for that. Also given trazadone and an anxiety medication. All just crushed up into peanut butter.' Owner Info: Justice's original owner moved and could not take her, so she is currently being helped by a good Samaritan. The good Samaitian has cats that do not like Justice, and so she can not keep her. Justice is confused and nervous around cats. Justice is described as an indoor dog confined to one area of the house. She is house broken and leash trained. Justice had previously lived with another dog and was bullied by the dog. Justice is described as nervous and shy, good with adults and children of all ages. She previously lived with 3 small children and got along fine with them. Caretaker reports 'Due to being blind during initial bonding may growl but has not bitten. She only took 2 days with me to trust'|she has only snapped in a scared warning sign, not broken skin. This was just the initial 2 days of her getting to know me..now she's a best friend'|She adapted extremely fast to me and my teenage boys. Playful and very loving at a quick pace'|she does need some acclimation but does not bite.. simply growling in the beginning.. in one week I've been able to have her complete trust.' Can anyone help Justice? **Owner Surrender Disclaimer: These are blind and visually impaired dogs who are living in homes, but their owners can no longer keep them.
