Nydia is an adorable 5-year-old girl who weighs 46 pounds. She has a charming personality and is always eager to make new friends. Nydia is an ideal companion for anyone who loves to take long walks as she walks well on a leash and is gentle. She is particularly fond of children and delights in their company. However, she prefers to be the only dog in the home and would love to have all your attention. Nydia has already learned some basic commands, such as sit, go to her bed, and shake. She is a quick learner and will enjoy learning new tricks from her new family. Despite her active nature, Nydia loves quiet moments where she can relax without any stressors. She loves to cuddle and would be an excellent lapdog for anyone looking for a furry friend to share their couch with. Nydia appears to be house trained, making her an excellent addition to any family. She is a well-behaved and friendly girl who would make an excellent companion for anyone who is looking for a loyal and loving friend. Thank you for looking at dogs from the Guernsey County Dog Warden Dept. We are a county run facility in Cambridge, OH, we are NOT a no kill shelter! Unfortunately, we must euthanize due to illness or aggression. Adoption fees are $165 for dogs under 5 years old, $100 for dogs over 5 years old and $200 for cell dogs. Adoption fees include, Vaccine (dhpp), Bordetella, Microchip, Heartworm and Lyme testing, Rabies vaccine, Spay/Neuter and a dog license. Dogs will be required to be spayed/neutered before leaving shelter, if not an appointment will be scheduled before leaving the shelter. Please talk to shelter staff for more information.
