A LETTER FROM ROSIE: FIVE babies to feed and I am so weak and exhausted I can barely stand on my own. My hopes of having a home may never come true. Who's going to want the likes of me? I'm embarrassed for people to see what's happened to me. I was once a cute puppy myself! Remembering my litter mates and the warmth and love we experienced.is vastly different from how my babies are now living. My body is giving up, I'm unsure I'll still be around to watch my little ones grow up. Each of them has given me moments of real joy even as they struggled to drink from my empty teats. Watching their interactions with one another gives me a time of feeling love for these little characters I can only hope they'll find their homes before my health fails me. And then along came Lori, lover of the worst of the worst puppies on the planet. Scales and scabs were of no consequence to her. A dog needs help. Food, water and most importantly a clean warm bed are provided. Health care comes next, and I got that too. Lots of folks who are looking for a companion want little puppies. In this case I will SHINE! I'm old enough that I'm no longer into every little thing on the floor. I know about going outdoors to do business. (A puppy will poop wherever it's standing!). Best of all I will love you unconditionally and can promise that will never change. Thank you for considering me. My strength has improved, I'm finally gaining weight and I'm pretty sure I'm fit to be adopted. Just thinking about it gives me hope! They only cost $11 a month and I will send her with at least 2-months' worth. She is such a good dog, gets along with all sized dogs, not sure about cats, but with her sweet disposition I believe she would be fine. Rosie is just a little over 3 years old, currently at the perfect weight of 35 Lbs. Rosie is fully vaccinated, wormed, spayed, flea treated, on heartworm prevention and micro-chipped. $215 rescue adoption fee applies.
