About Kaya

Kaya is a mix breed of pit/husky and lab! She is about 2 maybe almost 3 years old. She was found in a national park in New Mexico by some college kids and brought home to Oregon. None of their parents would take her in. I met the college kid through my neighbor and I decided to take Kaya in as a foster while we look for a forever home. Its been just over a year now. She is wonderful with other dogs and kids/people. She is a big kisser and loves to sing. She has a wonderful personality, very loving and very nurturing. She has never shown any aggression to anyone of my kids or other dogs. She loves being part of the family. She would make a best friend or family dog! I do not crate her when I leave the house. She is house broken and never had an incident where she chewed any furniture etc. She is great off leash and on leash, I had to teach her to be on a leash. She loves to swim. She is great on car rides!
