Tulip is about 4 years old and what a sweetie she is. She would love her own yard with a 6' fence so she can keep up on her squirrel patrol. She is ok with older dogs as she does enjoy their company but she is not much for playing with them. She has met a cat and ignored him as long as he didn't move. However, since she loves to chase things, we do not think she would be good in a home with kitties. Tulip rides okay in the car and she will lay down and be quiet on short trips. Tulip is housetrained to use a dog door and leaves human things alone. She enjoys being where her humans are at but is not an overly affectionate girl. Tulip is a bit shy of strangers but if you sit and offer her treats she comes around. She was found living on the streets almost starved to death with heartworm disease. She is now healthy and ready to move forward. If you would like to know more about her please submit your application https://allmixedupdogrescue.org/adopt/
