Hi. I found a dog dodging traffic Tuesday morning in front of my apartments in east downtown. took her to a vet and had her scanned for a microchip which she does not have. She's recently had a litter of puppies. She's estimated to be about 1 to 2 years old and about 40 pounds- medium sized lab mix. She is wonderful with other dogs and humans and is EXTREMELY well-behaved. I walked her over where I found her a few times in search of puppies but no luck. She doesn't act frantic or like she is looking for them. she is kennel and potty trained. She's sweet and docile but I CANNOT keep her. I am at the point where I am just going to have to put her back where I found her because I cannot have her in my apartment. She would be so happy in a home or foster with other animals or a family. She loves to play and is a wonderful companion.
