Carmen is one of the wonderful dogs being overlooked at the shelter!. Carmen gets so excited when people come by her kennel and tries so hard to get your attention! She jumps up and down and even gets chatty about it! Once she is out of the kennel she is fine and enjoys all the attention and being petted! I will not give up! Please someone give her a chance! She is a tall dog with a regal, elegant look about her! Love those floppy ears! She could even be a dog model! She is an active dog and would be great with someone looking for an exercise buddy! She is ideal for someone to take on outdoor adventures! She is just made for it! When visiting her it might be better to visit with her in the shelter yard rather than the bonding room to give her a chance to use up some of her bent up energy. With her sometimes bouncy behavior, she would be best suited for a family with older children. Carmen has a lot of potential. She would love for someone to spend time with her and give her some training. She would make a wonderful inside companion for someone!.Carmen is one of those dogs who prefers people rather than her fellow canine friends.
