My name is Peaches. I lived outside Angels Vet clinic for quite a while before I would allow anyone to touch me. I was content to live that life indefinitely, but things changed when I caught a cold. Upon being brought inside for treatment it was found that I am FIV+. I am still a bit shy with people, but I do enjoy being pet and brushed...in small doses at a time. I would enjoy a quiet home with or without other cats as I do get along with my roommates. I would make an excellent companion for someone that would rather not have a needy in your face kind of cat. FIV positive cats can live a long and happy life. They can also live safely with FIV-negative cats. FIV is spread through severe bite wounds, so it is important that your kitties get along.
