About Sydney

Meet Sydney! Sydney is a 2-3 year old, female, 40 lb Pomsky! She was rescued from Alabama and currently being fostered in Williamstown, PA. She had a hard start to her life as a puppy mill dog with little socialization. She is slow to warm up to us but has shown absolutely no signs of aggression! She is currently living with 2 dogs, a cat and 2 human children and doing well with all of them. She is learning how to be comfortable on a leash and prefers to go potty in a fenced in yard vs on a leash at this time. She is crate trained. Sydney is up to date on all vaccines/preventatives, spayed and ready for her forever home! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. Saturday, February 18, 2023, PA Caring for K9's will be at Apple Nissan (1212 Loucks Rd York, PA) from 10am-1pm with some of our adoptable dogs! All are invited to meet our dogs, but only pre-approved adopters with all household humans and dogs present will be able to adopt at the event.
