Ruger is a 2 year old BLIND Fox Lab. He needs a human or a dog he can bond with to be his eyes. He has had a rough life till he came to us. He needs someone who will be patient and understanding as he learns his environment. He needs a home preferably without steps, however he can go up and down stairs with assistance. He is on the schedule to be neutered and all vetting is currently being done.
