About MARLO

In November 2022, MBR was contacted by a family whose female Lab/Pit mix gave birth to 11 beautiful babies. They were unable to afford to feed all of them and did not feel equipped to find homes for them all. At 4 weeks of age all 11 puppies and mommy joined MBR. These tiny little nuggets were born October 24th. The rescue met dad, and is currently working on fixing him as well. He is a Black & Tan Hound mix. Mommy Tilly has the sweetest personality and her babies clearly take after her. While their size can't be guaranteed, it is guessed they will be between 40-60 pounds when full grown. Marlo is a very typical young puppy, playing hard in short spurts followed by snuggly naps with her sister who is in the same foster home. She settles great into her crate at night, and is learning manners very well. Marlo loves to explore but will check in often with her humans, and when it's time to nap, she wants to be on a lap to fall asleep.. She is doing good with potty training, though the cold weather over Christmas posed some challenges for small puppies. Marlo is hoping to meet her forever home soon because she can't wait to give them all of her love! All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 9 weeks old
