About Spencer

This handsome fellow showed up in our barn. Friendly, relaxed and confident. Not aggressive or skittish at all. Will ride in the car without a carrier and just sit on the seat with no drama. Doesn't meow unless wants out or dinner. Will play a bit with toys but generally just mellow and quite chill. Took him to vet, confirmed neutered, healthy and 1-2 years old. Had him vaxed for rabies and distemper. Confident and relaxed around people, no idea about how with other cats or dogs but he is so chill that I'm guessing he would be fine. Litter box trained. Doesn't scratch furniture. Will lay upside down in your arms for chest and under chin strokes. Definitely not feral, will follow me around the yard. Pretty sure he was someone's house cat who may have either gotten lost or maybe dumped here because we live in the country with a big barn (it happens). We can't keep him inside all the time, we work and travel and there are loads of coyotes around so I am concerned he would get eaten (frequent fate of cats around here). Would like to see him in a good home.
